DNA is the in game currency for buying Cells, or creatures, you can get it by gaining XP which is from food or living 1 In game year. And Once Your XP Bar fills up you get 1 DNA
You can loose DNA from DNA Risk, the DNA Risk on a creature goes up by The Creatures DNA Used Divided by 5 Rounded Down.
